Welcome to Courtesy Inn

Courtesy Inn, located at 1307 SE 44th St in Oklahoma City, offers travelers a straightforward and practical lodging option. With a modest rating of 3.1, it caters primarily to visitors looking for convenience and essential comforts rather than luxury. The rooms feature two queen-size beds, an icebox, microwave, and a bathroom with a tub ideal for soaking, which adds a touch of homely comfort. The cable TV, mounted thoughtfully on the wall, enhances the guest experience by encouraging relaxation after a long day.

One of the brand’s strengths lies in its practical amenities. The ice machine is always accessible, complemented by a vending machine for quick snacks. Families will appreciate the kid-friendly environment, making it a viable choice for those traveling with children. The hotel’s location serves as a good base for sightseeing and recreation, positioning guests well to explore Oklahoma City’s attractions.

Guest experiences vary notably, reflecting areas for improvement alongside commendable service. For instance, one guest highlighted a lack of consistent customer service, while another praised the professionalism and warmth exhibited by the check-in staff. This contrast suggests that while Courtesy Inn may not consistently meet high customer service standards, it does have dedicated staff members who uphold professionalism and make a significant positive impact.

Long-term stays are feasible here, as evidenced by a guest who spent seven months at the property without encountering pest issues—a testament to the daily housekeeping efforts that maintain cleanliness and comfort. Updates such as fresh accent walls and the replacement of old TVs with flat screens show that Courtesy Inn is committed to gradual improvements, even if some elements, like bedding, remain outdated.

Overall, Courtesy Inn occupies a niche for budget-conscious visitors valuing functionality and location over extravagance. Its mix of reliable basics, family-friendly amenities, and fluctuating service quality paints a realistic portrait of a humble hotel striving to be livable, approachable, and quietly resilient in Oklahoma City's hospitality scene.

the rooms were nice. two queen-size beds. icebox microwave. the bathroom and I only had a shower but has a tub to soak in. cable TV was positioned perfectly on the wall the loud perfect positioning of your neck is laying here watching TV. ice machine always open. vending machine. customer service I found lacking. couple of that operated are very not very customer service aware. my views on customer service is that your business is made by the customer. caretakers were very rude. overall the the inn was nice place to stay. very convenient. there was a Jack in The box right outside the entrance a shell convenience store right across the street, a Domino's pizza right beside the convenience store.

Gentlemen at check-in was outstanding and made me feel at peace. We had been to another hotel and got treated very unprofessionally and they didn’t want to work with two preachers who had been in meetings all day and hot as Oklahoma Summer days. Gentlemen made us feel welcome, and should be recognized for his untouchable professionalism.

I've been here for 7 months straight, so obviously it's definitely livable. There are NO bugs! They do housekeeping daily for at least your trash which I believe keeps the bugs away. They've painted an accent wall and I seen them putting all the old TV's out so I believe all rooms now have flat screens. The bedding is outdated. The staff runs a tight ship tolerating no bull so don't lie and say it's just you and think your gonna sneak ppl in the back because they do watch the cameras and they will be knocking at your door telling you to leave. I have heard them offer a refund, they just want the bs gone. We have two vehicles in the parking lot and neither one has been messed with or broken into. I definitely recommend this motel if you know how to act.
